The Associate Director will own executive relationships, lead large-scale engagements, contribute to business development, and bring deep laboratory and Epic expertise to every client interaction. •Lead Complex Technology Transformation Programs •Lead enterprise technology initiatives from planning through stabilization, ensuring successful delivery of technology, operational, and business objectives. •Establishing program governance, priorities, and rollout strategies •Leading project and workstream execution •Managing scope, staffing, risks, dependencies, and executive escalations •Driving executive reporting and stakeholder alignment •Leading cutover, go-live, stabilization, and transition-to-support activities Qualifications: •Master's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field •PMP or equivalent project/program management certification •The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00.
