Required Skills: •The Enterprise Data Organization is dedicated to leveraging S&P Global’s extensive data coverage to deliver innovative solutions across the enterprise. The EDO CERA Data Partnership team sits at the intersection of business stakeholders and data execution, delivering high-quality, purpose-driven data through standardization and harmonization. •As part of this collaborative and cross-functional team, the Associate Director will help connect S&P Global CERA, Data Stewards, Operations Managers, Product, and Technology to accelerate data strategy initiatives for Upstream, Power, and Gas. •Partner with the Director of Data Partnership – Upstream, Power & Gas to develop and implement a data strategy for S&P Global CERA aligned with broader S&P Global and Enterprise Data Organization strategies. •Partner cross-functionally with Client, Product, Sales, Technology, Data, and other stakeholders to define and execute a data strategy that meets and exceeds client expectations. •Consult on client business problems, identify data needs, present data-driven solutions, and create practical development roadmaps for stakeholders at all levels of the business. •Translate S&P Global CERA strategy into actionable goals and measurable targets for the Enterprise Data Organization while clearly articulating the value and business rationale. •Work closely with Data Operations, Data Stewardship, Quality & Customer, and other EDO teams to define data quality, timeliness, comprehensiveness, policies, and procedures. •Serve as a conduit between S&P Global Energy CERA and the EDO, promoting active communication across the organization on opportunities, progress, and the health of EDO-sponsored projects. Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of Upstream, Power, and Gas data. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. •Demonstrated capacity to build trust quickly, simplify complexity, connect stakeholders, drive alignment, and follow through effectively in a matrixed environment. •This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States. •Have you taken time out for caring responsibilities and are now looking to return to work?
