Contribute to the tactical execution of initiatives aligned with corporate objectives. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, medical affairs, market access, and sales teams. Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and patient trends to inform forecasting models. Qualifications: •Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation. •Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field (or commensurate education and experience) required •Master's Degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field preferred •7 or More Years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries required exposure to oncology preferred •4 or More Years of which are in product management or comparable function (including product launch experience) preferred pharmaceutical sales and/or sales management experience preferred •Proven track record in developing strategic initiatives with cross-functional disciplines preferred •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 30% of the time.
