Required Skills: •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud security engineers, fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. •Oversee the operational management and continuous enhancement of cloud security capabilities across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including CSPM, CNAPP, vulnerability management, cloud identity, and compliance monitoring. •Partner with application, infrastructure, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to drive remediation of security findings and reduce enterprise cloud risk. •Establish and maintain cloud security standards, baselines, controls, metrics, and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. •Drive automation, orchestration, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency, security coverage, and service delivery across the cloud security program. •Develop and maintain operational processes, runbooks, and governance frameworks while supporting audits, incident response activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. •NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. ** Qualifications: •Minimum of 8 years of cybersecurity, cloud security, or security engineering experience. •Minimum of 3 years of people leadership or team management experience. •Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience. •Strong knowledge of cloud security architecture, identity and access management, and cloud governance practices. •Demonstrated capacity to learn and adapt to a changing technology landscape. •In-depth knowledge of automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and scripting using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or similar. •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence technical and business teams. •Any Industry-recognized cybersecurity or cloud certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Security +, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, GCSA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
