Required Skills: •Develops and executes planning and strategy for assigned research program •Leads relationship management with internal and external stakeholders including clients and funding agencies •Independently seeks and writes grants and project proposals, develops business plans, and identifies new projects to generate funding •Leads and manages research projects including scope, budget, resource management, deliverables, and reporting •Conducts applied research and performs advanced analysis •Plans and presents results in reports, publications, technical white papers, and meetings.
