Required Skills: •The individual will lead the design and execution of integrated change strategies that influence leadership alignment, employee engagement, and process adoption, ultimately accelerating value realization and long-term organizational effectiveness. •Culture & Behavior Change Leadership •Lead Finance Transformation initiatives that drive mindset and behavior change, reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and adaptability. •Partner with senior leaders to model and reinforce desired cultural attributes and ways of working. •Interface directly with SMEs to translate transformation objectives into clear behavioral expectations and adoption milestones. •Drive end-to-end adoption of new processes and operating models, ensuring alignment across people, process, and technology. •Identify and address barriers to adoption, focusing on sustainable behavior change vs. one-time implementation. •Embed change into business routines, governance forums, and performance management where appropriate.
