Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred Required Skills: •Communication Plan Implementation and Execution •Execute comprehensive change management plans that support the implementation of change initiatives within the PSS function, ensuring timely and effective delivery of all communication touchpoints. •Manage day-to-day communication activities, including drafting content, coordinating distribution channels, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. •Ensure that all stakeholders, including employees, leadership, and external partners, receive timely and relevant information throughout the change process. •Stakeholder Engagement and Messaging Delivery •Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders during change initiatives, facilitating meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to ensure engagement and alignment. •Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to develop clear, consistent messaging and communication materials that support organizational objectives. •Coordinate with senior leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is delivered effectively and reflects the company's values. Qualifications: •Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, communications, or organizational development.
