Other duties may be assigned. •With minimal guidance, deliver impactful commercial advanced analytics projects to guide business decision making. •Answer key business questions and identify business opportunities by analyzing data from industry (e.g., anonymized, longitudinal patient claims data, remittance claims, payer policy and lives data etc.) and internal (e.g., field, and digital customer interactions, sales data) sources. •Translate insights gleaned from advanced analytics into clear and compelling recommendations for non-technical audiences. •Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Insights & Analytics, Marketing, Managed Care, Field, Commercial Operations, and IT to deliver on advanced analytics projects. •Market access and contracting analytics, including payer-plan segmentation, pull-through analysis, rebate optimization, and evaluation of contract effectiveness across payer, GPO, IDN, and customer agreements. •Analysis of contracted customer performance, including utilization trends, compliance, pre/post contract impact, and identification of opportunities to improve access, pull-through, and net revenue outcomes. •Patient analytics using Real-World Data sources such as anonymized longitudinal patient claims data, lab/diagnostic testing data, etc. Qualifications: •To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
