Required Skills: •Data Collection and Quality Management •Contribute to the improvement of data collection methods, study design, survey administration, measurement instruments, and data management processes. •Perform data quality assurance by validating datasets for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity, and by identifying and resolving data discrepancies. •Develop and maintain data documentation, including data codebook, metadata, and documentation of data collection procedures. •Execute and monitor established data workflows, including running existing Python, R, SQL, and other automated scripts that support recurring data projects. •Process, transform, and prepare data for analysis. •Assist with data analysis, interpretation, and reporting to support institutional planning, assessment, program evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making. •Partner cross-functionally with staff across multiple offices to collect, manage, and coordinate data for a variety of projects. Qualifications: •A Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required. •A degree in quantitative discipline is preferred. •Attention to detail is crucial to this position; in particular, ability and willingness to extract and process data from various sources, as well as having a keen eye for data integrity and quality issues •Proficiency in building and managing dashboards and reports is preferred. •Some data visualization skills and the ability to tell a story with data are preferred. •Willingness and ability to quickly learn data governance and analysis skills is strongly preferred.
