Perform extensive modeling and building of proforma analyses to assess investment viability and estimate returns to equity investors, inclusive of promote structures. •Draft offering memorandums, internal credit memorandums, investment committee recommendations and ad hoc presentations for various audiences. •Organize and maintain documentation throughout due diligence process for new deals.
