Required Skills: •This position is on-site and works a set schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. •Enter customer orders accurately and follow established Customer Relations processes and workflows. •Partner cross-functionally with external customers to address inquiries regarding orders, products, returns, shipping status, and account related matters. •Communicate with internal teams, including Credit, Field Operations, and Shipping, to coordinate order-related activities. •Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of customer interactions and order updates. •Comply with Applied Medical safety rules, quality standards, and company policies. •Assist with department tasks and cross-functional projects as assigned. •Support continuous improvements that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
