Required Skills: •Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities •Assist in analyzing client needs and recommending tailored absence management solutions. •Provide guidance to clients on federal, state, and local leave regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave laws. •Support clients with program implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. •Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to manage the day-to-day administration of absence programs, including leave tracking and compliance oversight. •Help ensure that all documentation, processes, and communications are accurate and compliant with legal requirements. •Assist in creating workflows, policies, and procedures for absence management programs. •Gather and analyze absence program data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •Basic understanding of federal, state, and local leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA). •Demonstrated capacity to review complex renewals for areas of opportunity, ability to lead renewal negotiations with carrier with oversight •Can conduct alternative design analysis for self-funded disability, leave plans, and paid time off programs. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with HRIS or absence management systems (e.g., Workday, ADP). •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. •Legal right to work in the United States.
