Required Skills: •Analyze compensation survey data and assist with market pricing and benchmarking. •Maintain and audit compensation data to ensure accuracy and integrity across HR systems. •Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to support compensation decisions, pay equity reviews, and program effectiveness. •Support annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles through data preparation, validation, and reporting. •Assist with administration of salary structures, job architecture, and other compensation programs. •Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation support and respond to compensation-related inquiries. •Develop presentations, documentation, and communication materials for compensation initiatives. Qualifications: •You are curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with data to solve business problems.
