Be a Valued Resource helping Heartland reach its objectives by Supporting our retail and internal customers by supplying actionable insights/data and helping them find opportunities and solve problems through Insights, Data, and Tools. •Interface directly with Consumer Insights, IT, Sales Managers and Directors with responsibility for Grocery, Club, Drug, and other channels to create Category Review Decks and other Sales materials that help drive business results. •Analyze in-market performance of existing items (ours and competitors’), new items, and promotions • Create insight-based POS tools for Field Sales that will increase their knowledge base, making them & Heartland an invaluable resource to their customer •Create various reports that help inform and uncover trends and opportunities •Partner cross-functionally with Marketing teams to build plans and strategies for future brand growth •Manage and distribute Sales communications •Examples: Business Unit updates, weekly sales reports, Monthly Sales/Marketing updates •Help plan in-store research experiences for the HQ and Field Teams Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree required •Category Management or Sales Analytics experience preferred •Strong technical skills (Microsoft Excel, Nielsen/IRI, Tableau, Power BI) •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills •Adept communication, organization, and relationship developing skills •This role is located at our Carmel, Indiana corporate office and is 100% in office.
