Required Skills: •Act as a Scrum Master for a multi-pod Agile team, coordinating SCRUM cadence and escalations across pods, in adherence with local Agile standards. This includes JIRA standards and documentation •Serve as a default point of contact for internal-to BTS stakeholders (i.e. BTS acting as ‘the business’) for assigned items •Implement and maintain tools used by the BTS team to enhance delivery capabilities, including reporting dashboards, documentation tools, code quality tools, etc. •Manage and provide expert advice on the selection, design, justification, implementation, and business use of information systems. •Analyze business processes; elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and make recommendations typically seeking to exploit and leverage new or existing technology components. •Translate business requirements into functional requirements; perform data and process modeling; manage change and lead, coordinate/perform testing, verification, and validation of requirements. •Lead and oversee compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. •Identify current and emerging business needs and evaluate alternative technology solutions using standard information systems methodologies and best practices. Proactively seek out strategic business opportunities with business unit executives for the application of new or existing technology capabilities.
