Required Skills: •Manufacturing Operations: Execute production activities and quality control testing by following SOPs and controlled documents. •Aseptic Technique & Cell Culture: Perform laboratory procedures using aseptic techniques and work with cell lines and other biological materials. •Documentation & Compliance: Accurately record batch and laboratory data while maintaining compliance with GLP and quality requirements. •Laboratory Support: Maintain laboratory readiness, support equipment use, and follow established safety procedures. •Problem Solving & Improvement: Assist with troubleshooting routine laboratory challenges and support process improvement initiatives. •Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to support production schedules, quality objectives, and operational requirements. Qualifications: •Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records and documentation, and commitment to quality standards. •Effective communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to learn new technologies, procedures, and laboratory techniques. •Preferred: Familiarity with biological manufacturing processes, knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), controlled documentation, and regulated work environments.
