Location: Edwardsville, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 15:00:35 Employment Type: On-site About the job Experience: •Strong mentorship from experienced litigators •Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Required Skills: •Represent individuals injured by asbestos exposure and asbestos-related diseases. •Conduct client consultations and witness interviews in both English and Spanish. •Prepare asbestos litigation matters from intake through deposition. •Prepare for and conduct fact-witness depositions. •Review Social Security, medical, military, employment, and union records. •Draft deposition summaries and other litigation-related documentation. •Partner cross-functionally with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support teams. •Travel approximately 80% throughout the United States to meet with clients and witnesses.
