Hiring: Associate Advisor, Wealth & Retirement Services Company: Finspire, LLC Location: Schaumburg, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:26:40 Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : CFP, Financial Planning, Microsoft Office, Series 7, Wealth Management About the job Experience: •Five or more years of experience in financial services, wealth management, retirement plan consulting, investment advisory support, client relationship management, or a related professional environment preferred. •Demonstrated experience supporting advisors, preparing client materials, coordinating service requests, and working directly with clients or plan sponsors. •Prior experience participating in client meetings, managing follow-up items, and communicating with external service providers is strongly preferred. •Strong financial services knowledge with the ability to apply technical concepts in a practical, client-focused manner. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial, investment, and retirement plan concepts clearly. Required Skills: •Finspire is seeking an Associate Advisor, Wealth & Retirement Services •Advisor and Client Support •Partner with Senior Advisors and Relationship Managers to prepare for client meetings, plan reviews, prospect conversations, and strategic service discussions. •Prepare client reports, financial planning summaries, investment review packages, retirement plan review materials, and follow-up documentation. •Participate in client and plan sponsor meetings as appropriate, with the ability to explain planning, investment, and service concepts in a clear and professional manner. •Track, manage, and complete client action items after meetings, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-through. •Respond to client requests and inquiries. •Help identify opportunities to improve client experience through proactive communication, process improvement, and stronger service coordination. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Financial Planning, or a related field preferred. •Licensing and professional credentials are preferred but not required. Preferred candidates may possess, or be actively working toward, Series 65, Series 7 and 66, and Life and Health Insurance licensing. Additional designations such as CFP®, CRPS®, AIF®, CPFA®, or progress toward professional certification are also preferred.
