Required Skills: •Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for Bayview Asset Management. •Build and maintain integrated financial models to support forecasting, valuation, scenario and sensitivity analysis, capital allocation, and business planning. •Analyze historical and projected financial performance, identify key value drivers and risks, and assess results against budget, forecast, and prior periods. •Evaluate the financial and strategic impact of new initiatives, investments, projects, and business decisions, including returns, sensitivities, and key assumptions. •Management Reporting & Business Insights •Produce monthly and quarterly management reporting packages with clear variance analysis and commentary. •Synthesize complex financial and operating data into concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations for FP&A leadership and business partners. •Actively facilitate and support development of dashboards and visualization materials that communicate financial results clearly to business owners and senior leadership.
