This position will be on the Global Insights & Analytics team and will support Kite’s commercialization efforts for CAR-T, inform the lifecycle management process, and collaborate with key stakeholders to guide product and disease area strategy. •Independently design & build forecast models for new markets / assets •Leverage primary and secondary research insights and cross-functional partners’ inputs to design and build, maintain patient-based (epi) forecasting models •Produce analogues, formulate assumptions, and define opportunities and risks associated with the forecast •Conduct forecast scenario analysis to inform and support decisions by cross-functional partners (e.g., BD, Commercial leadership, Marketing, R&D, Finance) •Provide guidance and input for short-term demand planning •Synthesize market dynamics to identify potential drivers impacting performance Qualifications: •Understanding of the hematology / oncology clinical landscape and the business of cell therapy •Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and significant time pressures •Strategic agility to adapt expertise in forecasting and primary market research to a biopharmaceutical field where standard frameworks do not exist •Demonstrated ability to extract business insights and provide strategic recommendations based on analysis findings •Comfort presenting to senior leadership and defending forecast assumptions •People Leader Accountabilities •Create Inclusion - knowing the business value of diverse teams, modeling inclusion, and embedding the value of diversity in the way they manage their teams. •Develop Talent - understand the skills, experience, aspirations and potential of their employees and coach them on current performance and future potential.
