Actuary, Analytics/Forecast Company: Humana Location: Kentucky, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 10:49:36 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Databricks, HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, Python, Root Cause Analysis, SQL, Vue, Workday About the job Required Skills: •Analyze financial, economic, and market data to support forecasting and business decisions •Develop and maintain metrics, reporting, and analytical models to support business intelligence •Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and competitive trends affecting organizational performance •Build, enhance, and support actuarial and forecasting models used in financial analysis •Work primarily in Databricks to develop Net Present Valuation (NPV) models for Medicare Supplement, Dental & Vision, and Medicaid •Ensure data integrity by establishing and executing processes and controls around data flow and quality •Investigate data anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and implement practical, cost-effective solutions •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, resolve model issues, and improve outcomes Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree •Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation •Meets eligibility requirements for Humana's Actuarial Professional Development Program (APDP) •Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) •Strong written and verbal professional communication skills •Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences •Sponsorship is not available for this role •Advanced experience using SQL or SAS to analyze, manage and interpret complex data sets and models Compensation: •$106,900 - $147,000 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
