Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Project Management, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field. •Master's degree preferred. •Licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect desirable. •PMI-SP, EVP, CCP, or CPE Certifications are desirable.
