Qualifications: •Proficiency with Microsoft office with focus on Excel and Word and knowledge of PowerPoint •Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities and to operate without close supervision during high volume, high demand cycles of the business •Superior oral and written communication, negotiation and analytical skills •Demonstrated capacity to think strategically, effectively assess risk and make solid data-driven decisions •Previous health reinsurance underwriting experience is a plus •Working on virtual teams preferred •Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required •PartnerRe provides a working environment in which diversity is valued, where all employees feel welcome, respected, and empowered to perform at their best.
