Required Skills: •Strategic Vision: Formulate and execute the strategic direction for the Core iPSC and Organoid Facility to support cutting-edge institutional research. •Model Innovation: Oversee the design, validation, and optimization of robust iPSC, organoid, and advanced cellular models. •Technology Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging platforms and methodologies to continuously elevate core capabilities. •Expert Consultation: Provide high-level scientific guidance to principal investigators on experimental design, platform selection, and downstream applications. •Core Administration: Direct all day-to-day administrative and technical operations of the core facility. •SOP Governance: Standardize and maintain rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency. •Workflow Optimization: Manage laboratory workflows, scheduling, project pipelines, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency. •Financial Stewardship: Oversee budget management, cost-recovery models, pricing structures, and procurement processes. Qualifications: •Ph.D., M.D., M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent in Cell Biology, Stem Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related discipline. •Technical Mastery: Demonstrated hands-on expertise in human iPSC derivation, maintenance, lineage-specific differentiation, and organoid system engineering. •Core Administration: Proven track record of managing laboratory operations, shared resources, or core facilities in an academic or industry setting. •Scientific Leadership: Strong peer-reviewed publication record demonstrating high-impact research contributions and scientific authority. •Personnel Management: Direct experience supervising, mentoring, and leading technical and scientific teams. •Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a track record of effective cross-disciplinary collaboration. •Genome Editing: Hands-on experience with CRISPR/Cas9 technologies, advanced genetic modification and organoid development strategies. •Advanced Analytics: Proficiency in high-content imaging, and/or multi-omics analytical frameworks. •Translation & Manufacturing: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards or clinical-grade cell line production. •Financial & Grant Strategy: Demonstrated success in grant writing, proposal development, and complex core facility budget management.
