This role supports quality control (QC), safety, security, health, and environmental (SSHO) compliance, as well as operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. •Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. •Actively facilitate and support SSHO program by monitoring safety, security, health, and environmental practices on-site. •Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. •Maintain accurate records and documentation related to QC and SSHO activities. •Coordinate with operations teams to facilitate daily workflow and projects. •Assist in preparing reports, safety briefings, and operational updates for management review. •Support incident investigations and follow-up actions as required. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality control, safety, or related fields preferred. •Previous experience in QC, SSHO, or operations support roles is an advantage. •OSHA 30 General Industry/ Construction, EM 385 1-1 and CQMC. •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a team. •Good communication and interpersonal skills. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). •Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. •This position is based in Atmore, AL, and may require occasional site visits and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
