Required Skills: •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Project Management, or a related field. •Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting construction, engineering, facilities, or capital improvement projects. •Knowledge of construction processes, project delivery methods, and project controls. •Operational familiarity with construction documents, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project closeout procedures. •Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. •Operational familiarity with project management and scheduling software, including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, document management platforms, or comparable systems.
