Required Skills: •This is a traveling role and will require up to 100% travel to project locations throughout the west •Project Planning And Management •Lead and oversee the lifecycle of a project •Receive work authorization from customer and download IFC job packets •Communicate with field operations team for field review/preparation •Receive field coms back on what resources are required/needed •Create job schedule with field ops and subcontractors •Assist with budget projections for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors procured on the project. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in construction management, civil or construction engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. •1– 3 years of experience in project management, field engineering, construction management, or a related role within foundation drilling, deep foundations, concrete construction, utility civil construction, or similar environments. •Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel; experience with construction ERP and project management software such as CMiC or Procore preferred. •Solid understanding of budget management, industry best practices, and the ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and applicable building codes. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with project teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders. •Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player; self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills. •Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities, schedules, and project conditions. •Willingness and ability to frequently travel to project sites as required. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
