Required Skills: •We are seeking an experienced •Assistant Project Manager (APM) •To support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day management of mechanical and plumbing construction projects. •The APM should have a strong understanding of the Project Engineer role and be capable of managing multiple projects while taking on increasing responsibility for project budgets, billing, scheduling, change orders, subcontractors, and project financials •This role will work closely with Project Managers, Field Staff, General Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients and may independently manage smaller projects under the guidance of a Project Manager. •Lead project teams as assigned and provide support to Field Staff. •Maintain project files, documentation, and project logs, including RFIs, change orders, and submittals. •Prepare and track RFIs and coordinate implementation of responses.
