Required Skills: •Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction from preconstruction through project closeout. •Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation. •Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and other project correspondence. •Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure work aligns with contract requirements. •Assist with subcontractor buyout and scope review. •Track project costs, commitments, change orders, and overall budget performance. •Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to help maintain project schedules and resolve construction issues. •Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
