The company has built a strong reputation for its design-build capabilities, repeat client relationships, and ability to successfully execute complex projects. •2+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor preferred. Required Skills: •Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction from preconstruction through project closeout. •Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation. •Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and other project correspondence. •Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure work aligns with contract requirements. •Assist with subcontractor buyout and scope review. •Track project costs, commitments, change orders, and overall budget performance. •Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to help maintain project schedules and resolve construction issues. •Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. The company has built a strong reputation for its design-build capabilities, repeat client relationships, and ability to successfully execute complex projects. •With a strong backlog throughout the Greater Philadelphia region, this role offers exposure to technically challenging projects and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced project management team while continuing to grow into a Project Manager role. •Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar project management role. •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. •Ground-up and/or renovation construction experience preferred. •In-depth knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
