Required Skills: •Assist in preparation of effective work plans and man-hour budgets for approval by supervisor. •Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets on projects to satisfy client. •Oversee the work and productivity on assigned projects. •Strive to achieve predetermined goals for profit, productivity targets, and schedule of deliverables. •Participate in or hold team meetings ensuring procedures governing the review and approval of projects are followed prior to submission of completed work. •Negotiate with clients on any scope changes relative to project budgets and schedules subject to supervisor's approval. •Ensure all project work is performed and completed in accordance with QA/QC standards, systems and procedures as designated for project. •Coordinate and communicate effectively with all employees involved in the project to ensure high utilization rates (i.e. Project team meeting). Qualifications: •Bachelors’ Degree in related field. •Professional Engineer (PE) Certification preferred. •Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations. •Proficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, NPDES permitting, hydraulics, hydrological analysis, grading and other site development related designs. •Demonstrated Civil 3D skills with the ability to design site layouts concept through completion. •Demonstrated capacity to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies. •Demonstrated capacity to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions. •Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently, as well as, in a team environment.
