Required Skills: •Demonstrated capacity to assist Pressperson with press make ready and operate press based upon written instructions provided. •Follow SOP's, be able to read and understand job tickets for stock and color specifications, and verify that stock and ink match job specs on ticket. •Perform folder set ups and maintain press register and color. •Perform quality pull sheet procedures, pull samples, and ensure each job is produced to customer specifications, meeting internal and external deadlines. •Follow all safety policies and regulations. •Assist in performing routine maintenance on the press with the press team members as required. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently as well as with a team. •Must be able to work nights, weekends and vacations as needed. •Must be available to fill in for others when on vacation. •Regularly working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse where exposure to cold, heat, damp or humid conditions may occur. •Exposure to dust, mechanical hazards, moving objects, and moving vehicles. •The physical requirements listed below are representative of those needed to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. •Demonstrated capacity to lift, twist and carry up 50 - 75 pounds, manipulate (push and pull) up to 160 pounds of product with material handling equipment and skids weighing up to 2,000 pounds utilizing pallet jack. •Walking/Standing - walk throughout the warehouse to complete customer orders. Stand when operating order picker or reach truck equipment and when operating cutter. •Sitting - sit only when driving sit-down material handling equipment.
