The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of CAD software. •Partner cross-functionally with project teams to assess and determine crane and hoist requirements for upcoming projects. •Actively facilitate and support development of preconstruction plans for crane and hoist operations, including site layout, logistics, and safety protocols. •Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and solutions. •Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure the necessary equipment and ensure timely delivery. •Create detailed design plans and site layouts using CAD software to support preconstruction planning. •Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to crane and hoist operations. •Partner cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to integrate crane and hoist requirements into project plans.
