Required Skills: •Supervision is exercised over assigned Plant employees, both directly or indirectly through subordinate supervisors. Works under Company policies and procedures on a day-to-day basis with limited supervision •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and schematics. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups. •Demonstrated capacity to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. •Demonstrated capacity to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to identify trends and develop action plans to address issues.
