Hiring: Assistant Office Manager at Aspire Surgical Company: Specialty Dental Brands Location: Murray, UT Job Posted Time: 2026-09-14 13:20:42 About the job Required Skills: •Partner with the Office Manager to maintain high-quality patient care and smooth office operations. •Communicate all operational needs—scheduling, doctor coordination, patient flow, and staff concerns—to the Office Manager in a timely and effective manner. •Assist in staff hiring, onboarding, and training in collaboration with the Office Manager. •Provide leadership and direction to front office and clinical staff as needed throughout the day. •Lead daily morning huddles to align the team and ensure readiness; document and report meeting notes to the Office Manager. •Monitor and maintain consistent and efficient patient flow throughout the office. •Maintain and track the regional-specific point system, ensuring staff compliance and engagement. Qualifications: •: Travel between Aspire Surgical locations in Draper, Heber City, Murray, Park City, Taylorsville, Sandy, and Lehi is required. Mileage for travel between offices is reimbursed; regular commute time and travel to/from an employee’s primary office are not reimbursable. •At least two to three years of professional experience in a dental practice environment •Solid functional working knowledge of dental billing, insurance processes, and treatment coordination. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. •Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •High school diploma or equivalent required. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a patient-first mindset. •Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined •You genuinely care about providing an exceptional patient experience. •You are dependable, organized, and prepared.
