Qualifications: •JD from an ABA accredited law school and a current member of the bar in good standing •At least seven years of experience drafting and negotiating complex IP licensing agreements, along with an excellent working and practical knowledge of IP law across geographies •Strong attention to business details, a strategic perspective, and a high degree of ethics and integrity •Top law firm and/or in-house legal experience in the semiconductor or adjacent industry •Located within a reasonable distance from Micron’s Boise or San Jose office, or willing to relocate •Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex legal and business issues clearly to senior leadership •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate and build relationships, gain credibility, and partner effectively across functions •Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for process improvements, including the thoughtful use of AI-enabled tools •Additional Compensation May Include Benefits, Bonuses And Equity. •Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
