Advise clients with respect to all legal and FERC compliance matters. •2 Responsible for developing an understanding of each assigned client’s business and business philosophy. •3 Prepare, and revise as necessary, budgets and early matter assessments for all matters involving outside counsel. •Supports more experienced attorneys in ongoing relationships and matters with Business Units and outside counsel. •Able to think strategically and work with Business Units to achieve Company objectives and manage risk. •Demonstrated capacity to learn, adopt, and leverage AI-enabled tools to support research, drafting, and analysis while applying sound professional judgment.
