Required Skills: •Working with the operators at the facility sites including subcontractors, chief engineer, and internal service providers to ensure the facilities operate efficiently. •Attend the on-going training of the Facility Operators. •Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual. •Assisting the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) team with the coordination of Engineering Construction Management (ECM) implementation with O&M team. •Assist with coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team. •Review of energy usage on daily basis for the facility and provide guidance best practices and modifications of current operations. •Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team.
