Establishment of appropriate staff resource requirements and fiscal guidelines. Initiate and oversee the procurement of materials. Qualifications: •Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. An additional four years of demonstrated, directly related, equivalent experience and education may be considered in lieu of the degree.
