Required Skills: •This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored employment authorization. •Collaborates with different student-facing teams to strategize and identify program opportunities to enhance student experience and increase overall student engagement. •Partners with the Working Professionals Student Life team members by supporting student requests and problem-solving student needs. •Collaborates with London and Hong Kong program teams and facilitates necessary committees. •Plans and manages faculty and student engagement such as Faculty Social Hours. •Creates and manages student quarterly communications, including weekly digest, invitations and updates through the school’s digital platforms. •Provides financial oversight of the operating budget for multiple student group accounts and operation budgets, and monitors and reconciles the Student Life accounts. •Supports the EMBA class weekend experience such as catering, coordination with other relevant Booth departments, and other event logistics. Qualifications: •Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field. •Bachelor’s degree.
