All eligible applicants are encouraged to apply. •Directs a comprehensive educational student conduct system, including, but not limited to, conducting training, case assignments, investigations, the consistent and fair application of standards, outcome development, and outcome compliance. •Utilize student development theory and practice in the student conduct process. Counsel students on an individual or group basis regarding behavioral, academic, substance abuse, safety, and emotional issues. •Initiate referrals when appropriate to proper resource agencies on campus including Title IX, University Counseling, SAFE Office, and more. •Serves as a hearing officer for alleged violations of the University’s Student Code of Conduct. •Manages alternative case resolution processes (e.g. conflict resolution, facilitated dialogues, mediations, and restorative justice), supportive measures, and adjudicative processes. •Serves as a neutral and impartial administrative investigator who independently plans, conducts, and documents investigations concerning complaints of violations of the Code of Conduct. •Conduct investigations involving students, student organizations, clubs, and third parties. Qualifications: •Sedentary work. Typing, talking, hearing, repetitive motions. •Constant communication with others to exchange information. •No adverse environmental conditions expected.
