Required Skills: •Support daily facilities operations across multiple organizational sites. •Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work orders, preventive maintenance, and repairs. •Develop and maintain a daily, highly responsive, professional communication relationship with Facilities Coordinator. •Assist with vendor management, service contracts, and facility-related procurement. •Remain present at the start of facility projects or vendor work to ensure the scope of work is clearly established and the job is properly initiated. •Monitor vendor activities as needed and verify that all work is completed according to organizational standards and contractual expectations. •Post daily status of all jobs on the work order as the job progresses toward completion. •Ensure any company equipment, access cards, or keys issued for a project are returned upon completion. Qualifications: •Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or related field. •Driver’s License with a clear record. •Any professional licenses are preferred but not required.
