Required Skills: •Reduce shrink in assigned stores through internal theft investigations, creating an environment in the stores where honesty is valued and theft is not tolerated. •Reduce shrink in assigned stores through a strong audit program where associates are re-trained in areas of opportunity and where repeat failures result in corrective actions taken. •Reduce shrink in assigned stores through a robust training program where associates at all levels are taught how to control and reduce shrink in their respective areas. •Respond to store incidents quickly and thoroughly, leaving the impression of partnership and professional response. •Make recommendations to Asset Protection leadership on product protection initiatives used commonly throughout the industry. •Work closely with ORC team to identify and resolve repeat shoplift incidents in assigned stores. •Communicate wins to both Asset Protection and operational partners in a professional, consistent manner. •Performs other relevant job duties as required. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 3 years multistore asset protection experience required. •Wicklander/Zulawski Interview and Interrogation certification required. •LP Foundation LPC certification preferred. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Skilled with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word •Demonstrated capacity to gain cooperation through influence •Demonstrated capacity to hold others accountable •Good judgment, sound escalation practices, and adherence to established procedures are required; the role generally operates with close supervision by management and senior team members •Travel 50% - 80% required, occasional over-night trips. •Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
