Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements. •Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field •Highly organized with exceptional verbal and written communication skills •Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data. •Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, while handling large amounts of data •Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence within and across teams including Manufacturing plants, Finance, Purchasing and Operations •Proven experience in understanding processes and business requirements to implement tools, analytics, and processes to increase efficiency •Proven track record to initiate and successfully implement process improvements ideas. •Proficiency in using financial systems and software, such as ERP systems, fixed asset management software, and advanced MS Excel. •Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
