Hiring: Asset Health Analyst Company: ANDRITZ Location: Charlotte, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 13:15:15 About the job Required Skills: •ANDRITZ is seeking a motivated Vibration Analyst to join our Predictive Maintenance and Reliability team. •This is a hands-on field position supporting an operating Pulp & Paper facility. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in an industrial environment and willing to learn vibration analysis and other predictive maintenance technologies. •The Vibration Analyst will work alongside experienced analysts and reliability professionals, receiving hands-on technical development while progressively building the skills required to independently evaluate equipment condition and provide maintenance recommendations. •Collect and monitor vibration data from rotating equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, conveyors, and rolls, using portable data collectors and wireless sensors. •Review vibration spectra, waveforms, and trends to identify machinery faults such as imbalance, misalignment, mechanical looseness, and bearing defects. •Support equipment troubleshooting and root-cause investigations, developing actionable maintenance recommendations. •Maintain accurate vibration databases, equipment records, and technical documentation, and communicate findings through technical reports. •Actively facilitate and support installation and verification of wireless and online condition monitoring systems. Qualifications: •Walking throughout large industrial areas and standing for extended periods. •Climbing stairs and accessing different equipment levels. •Working around operating industrial machinery while following established safety procedures. •Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). •Training & Career Development •ANDRITZ is looking for candidates who are motivated to learn and develop their technical capabilities.
