Previous experience with automated and semi-automated equipment preferred. •At least 18 years of age Required Skills: •Perform machine and systems troubleshooting and repair; assist with the specification, installation and modification of integrated systems. •Perform diagnostic checks on automated equipment; isolate problems including, sensors, controllers, encoders, servomotors, and/or servo valves. •Make repairs to production equipment utilizing the following skill sets: Controls, drawings, electrical, general mechanics, hand tools, hydraulics, machine shop, piping systems, pneumatics, and welding. •Complete shift start up paperwork such as process parameter, traceability, and start-up checklist. •Conduct preventive maintenance tasks – includes all Level I required tasks as per MP. •Understand machine MO, PC, WP, STM and Interim Specifications. •Fill component hoppers and complete necessary traceability paperwork. •Pull inspection test samples and stage for QC Operator. Qualifications: •Perform changeovers – line clearance of components and tooling changeouts.
