Required Skills: •Manages all Quality Engineering functions for assigned program(s) or area(s) with some guidance. •Acts as the point of contact for their program to inspectors. •Has a general understanding of AS9100, ISO 9001 and/or Nadcap requirements. •Eliminates process variation and product defects through creative solutions. •Works root cause, corrective action with some guidance using established RCCA tools. •Supports regularly scheduled team meetings including Corrective Action Boards, Quality Engagement Council, etc. •Processes all nonconformances and workflows in a timely manner. •Takes on training opportunities as they arise. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in appropriate science, engineering, or engineering technology field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or in a production quality role, Or High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or in a production quality role. •1 year of experience in a manufacturing or in a production quality role, Or High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or in a production quality role.
