Required Skills: •Visually inspect and assemble small components to quality standards. •Interface directly with automatic transmission fluid. •Work well in a team environment. •Assembly Operators will be expected to safely perform, as needed, all tasks assigned by the Team Lead/Coordinator including all positions within the Assembly department. •Safely operates all equipment in the Assembly department. •Reads and understands job aids/work instructions and/or follows oral instructions to execute the component flow requirements. •Manually loads, unloads, and/or maneuvers materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, baskets, and shelves on foot and by hand as required (see physical requirements). •Support 5S / Housekeeping activities as required.
