As part of the Manufacturing team, the Assembler I role supports the production of medical devices that are used in patient care around the world. •This position is based in West Valley City, Utah and is an onsite role working Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. No travel is required. •Assembler I team members perform precision assembly of medical devices in a cleanroom environment using microscopes and specialized tools. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to manufacturing procedures and quality standards to support the production of safe and effective products. •Assemble, package, and label medical devices in accordance with manufacturing process instructions, quality requirements, and company procedures. •Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet manufacturing goals and customer demand. •Read and interpret lot history records, work instructions, and basic mechanical drawings. •Document manufacturing activities and maintain accurate production records. •Operate within applicable quality system requirements, including Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and international standards. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent. •Demonstrated capacity to read, write, and speak English. •Basic math skills and ability to follow written work instructions. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret simple mechanical drawings and production documentation. •Demonstrated capacity to perform precision assembly work requiring manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, microscope use, and light lifting. •Previous medical device manufacturing experience. •Prior assembly experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. •Operational familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements applicable to manufacturing operations. •For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. •The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
