Hiring: Assembler Company: RBC Bearings Location: Carson City, NV Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 16:03:33 About the job Experience: •0-3 years related experience (e.g. perform simple and routine assemblies and/or marking & packaging of product) Required Skills: •Identifies and assembles complete bearings by matching component parts using various gages to check component parts or bearings for conformance to job specifications. •Cleans components and bearings using methods specified. •Must be able to perform but not limited to the following tasks: taping, deburring, sandblasting, all bench operations and performing quality checks. •Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. •Prepare, cut, and/or assemble self-lubricated liner system. •Incumbent is responsible for cleaning the area he/she is working in before completing the shift and/or prior to moving to another area for proper housekeeping. Qualifications: •High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred. •Competence to read and comprehend simple instructions, understand blueprints and work instructions •Communication skills for coordinating with team members. •Attention to detail and strong quality-control mindset. •Basic computer skills for logging production data.
