Start date is to be determined* •Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of ASOTMC course execution. •Synchronize training schedules, personnel, facilities, equipment, and logistical support to ensure successful course delivery. •Deliver classroom instruction, facilitate practical exercises, and mentor students throughout the training program. •Develop, maintain, and update lesson plans, Programs of Instruction (POIs), training schedules, and instructional materials. •Coordinate with Government leadership, military organizations, and training staff to ensure mission objectives and training requirements are achieved. •Monitor student progress and support student evaluation, counseling, and performance assessments. Qualifications: •Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. •Graduate of the Nonofficial Cover and Identity Program (NICP) Course. •Graduate of the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOTC). •Demonstrated Battalion-level management or leadership experience. •Minimum of four (4) years of experience coordinating operations, military training programs, or mission support activities. •Strong knowledge of Special Operations planning, operational coordination, and training management. •Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. •Previous instructor or coordinator experience supporting the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS), U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), or other USSOCOM organizations. •Ten (10) or more years of Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience.
